– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 tablespoon chopped onion
– 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tomato
– 1 tablespoon chunky salsa
– 2 fresh mushrooms, sliced
